King Covered Bridge, Troup County County, Georgia
The Wehadkee Covered Bridge in Troup County, Georgia was originally built in 1873 by renowned bridge builder Horace King to span Wehadkee Creek. After being destroyed in an 1886 flood, King's son George constructed an exact replacement in 1890 using a Town Lattice-Truss design. The bridge was relocated to Mulberry Street Cemetery in LaGrange in 2022.
