John Cook Covered Bridge, Compton County, Quebec
The John-Cook is one of very few remaining examples of Town intermédiaire truss type covered bridges in Quebec. The bridge is named in memory of John Cook, who settled in the region in 1800. The covering was restored and repainted in 2015.
