Burdette #2 Covered Bridge, Howard County, Maryland
H.P. Burdette built a 24-foot covered bridge in 1942 on his property near Woodbine, Howard County, Maryland, using barn timbers to cross a tributary to the South Branch of the Patapsco River. The original bridge stood until approximately 1980, when it was replaced by a second bridge (Burdette #2) at the same location.
