Roberts Ferry Covered Bridge, Stanislaus County, California
Roberts Ferry Covered Bridge is a replacement span crossing the Tuolumne River in Stanislaus County, California, dedicated in February 2000. It replaced an earlier steel truss bridge that was destroyed by floods in January 1997. The site has a history of bridge structures dating to 1887 when John Roberts built the first wooden truss toll bridge.
