Knights Ferry Covered Bridge, Stanislaus County, California
The Knight's Ferry Bridge is a historic covered bridge spanning the Stanislaus River at Knights Ferry, Stanislaus County, California, built in 1863. It is a wood-iron Howe truss bridge approximately 379 feet long and is one of the best-preserved 19th-century covered bridges to survive. The bridge was restored in 1989 and has been closed to pedestrians since December 2022 for restoration.
