Mill Brook Covered Bridge, Litchfield County, Connecticut
Mill Brook Bridge is a single-span stone arch bridge in Lisbon, Connecticut, probably dating from the early 1790s and likely the oldest surviving stone arch bridge in the state. It formerly carried Blissville Road across Mill Brook and was part of a historic post road connecting Norwich and Plainfield to Massachusetts and Rhode Island. The bridge was bypassed in 1915 when the road was relocated.
