Parrish Mill Covered Bridge, Emanuel County, Georgia
Parrish Mill or Watson Mill Bridge, a single-span structure over Fifteenmile Creek in Emanuel County, Georgia, was built in 1885 by Washington W. King (son of Horace King) at a cost of $3,000. The bridge was named after Gabriel Watson's nearby mill. A dam and raceway wall were added below the bridge around 1905 for a hydro-electric plant.
