Heritage Canyon Covered Bridge, Whiteside County, Illinois
Heritage Canyon is a recreated 1800s village built in an abandoned limestone quarry near Fulton, Illinois on the Mississippi River. The site, developed by Harold Wierenga, features a covered bridge among various period buildings and structures including a church, schoolhouse, blacksmith shop, and swinging bridge.
