Marshall Covered Bridge, Parke County, Indiana
The Marshall Covered Bridge is a single-span Burr arch truss covered bridge spanning Rush Creek in Liberty Township, Parke County, Indiana. Built by Joseph A. Britton & Son in 1917 at a cost of $680, the bridge measures 74 feet long and 15 feet wide. It may have been named after local resident Mahlon Marshall, a Civil War veteran and Parke County Commissioner.
