Jackson or Rockport Covered Bridge, Parke County, Indiana

The Jackson Covered Bridge, also known as the Rockport Covered Bridge, is a single-span Burr Arch truss structure built by Joseph J. Daniels in 1861. Located in Rockport, Parke County, Indiana, it crosses Sugar Creek on county road 83 and is the oldest remaining bridge constructed by Daniels. At 207 feet in length, it is the longest single-span double Burr arch example.
