Wallace Covered Bridge, Fountain County, Indiana
Wallace Covered Bridge is a single-span Howe truss structure built in 1871 by Barnhart and Aherns, crossing Sugar Mill Creek southeast of Wallace, Fountain County, Indiana. The bridge measures 81 feet long with portal dimensions of 11.5 feet wide by 16 feet high, proportions designed for light Interurban railway traffic. The bridge is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
