Bennett Covered Bridge, Oxford County, Maine

The Bennett-Bean covered bridge spans the Magalloway River in Lincoln Plantation, Oxford County, northwestern Maine. Built in 1898 using a Paddleford truss design with a length of 100 feet, it was primarily used by local farmers and loggers, was closed to motor traffic in 1985, and was rehabilitated in 2004.
