Lee Covered Bridge, Middlesex County, Massachusetts

The Lee (South Lee) covered bridge spans the Housatonic River in Berkshire County, Massachusetts. The bridge underwent significant repairs in 1938, during which the original hemlock foundation log was found in excellent condition after nearly a century of submersion.
