Pyle Covered Bridge, Somerset County, Pennsylvania
The Mary Ann Pyle Covered Bridge, also known as Speakman No. 2, is a Burr Arch truss bridge built in 1881 spanning Doe Run in East Fallowfield Township near Modena, Chester County, Pennsylvania. The 75-foot-long wooden bridge is located on the private land of the Brandywine Conservancy's Laurels Preserve and is one of two historic covered bridges at that location.
