New Baltimore Covered Bridge, Somerset County, Pennsylvania

The New Baltimore Covered Bridge in Somerset County, Pennsylvania, was built in 1879 with a Multiple Kingpost truss design spanning the Raystown Branch of the Juniata River. The original structure was destroyed by flood and rebuilt in 1998. It measures 86 feet in length and remains open to vehicle traffic under Somerset County ownership and maintenance.
