Axe Handle Road or Bigelow or Little Darby Covered Bridge, Union County, Ohio
Bigelow Bridge is a Partridge truss covered bridge built in 1873 by Reuben Partridge, spanning 102 feet over Little Darby Creek in Union County, Ohio. The bridge was rehabilitated from 1989 to 1991 with internal steel supports and repainted in 2008. It is also known as Axe Handle Road Bridge and is located on Axe Handle Road north of Ohio State Route 161.
