Warnke Covered Bridge, Preble County, Ohio
The Warnke Covered Bridge is a single-span Childs Truss covered bridge crossing Swamp Creek in Harrison Township, Preble County, Ohio, northeast of Lewisburg. Built by Everett S. Sherman in 1895–1896 to replace a steel truss bridge damaged in an 1895 flood, it features cut stone abutments and was reinforced with wing walls added in 1913. The bridge was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 and restored around 2008.
