Hizey or Visintine Covered Bridge, Fairfield County, Ohio

The Hizey Covered Bridge is a one-span Burr Truss covered bridge spanning Poplar Creek on township road 235 in Liberty Township, Fairfield County, Ohio, approximately 4.5 miles east-northeast of Pickerington. Built in 1891 by James W. Buchanan, it was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976 and remains on private property. The bridge was moved to its current location in 1986 and rebuilt in 1989.
