The Warner Hollow Covered Bridge, also known as Windsor Mills Bridge, is a Town lattice truss bridge built in 1867 spanning Phelps Creek in Windsor Township, Ashtabula County, Ohio. The bridge has undergone multiple renovations, including a major rebuild completed in June 2003, and remains standing as one of 17 drivable covered bridges in the county.
