McOwenben Covered Bridge, Rutherford County, North Carolina
The McOwenben covered bridge is a modern 2-span structure of 128 feet length spanning the Broad River east of Lake Lure in Chimney Rock Township, Rutherford County, North Carolina. Completed in 1997, it serves as the entrance to the Twelve Mile Post gated community on the south side of US 64.
