The Ashokan/Turnwood Covered Bridge is a single-span Town truss wooden bridge built in 1885 by Nelson Tompkins. Originally crossing an old channel of Esopus Creek, it was relocated in 1939 to its current location at the Ashokan Center in Ulster County, New York.
