Coombs Covered Bridge, Cheshire County, New Hampshire

The Coombs Covered Bridge was built in 1837 and carries Coombs Bridge Road over the Ashuelot River in Winchester, New Hampshire. It is a 107-foot-long wooden covered bridge constructed in the Town lattice truss design patented by Ithiel Town in 1820, and is supported by unmortared split granite abutments. It was rebuilt in 1998.
