Warren Covered Bridge, Washington County, Vermont

The Warren Covered Bridge crosses the Mad River in Warren, Vermont and is also known as the Lincoln Gap bridge. It is a queen post truss design with the unusual feature of having interior truss covering in addition to exterior covering, making it one of only two such bridges remaining in Vermont. The bridge was extensively rehabilitated in 2000 after structural problems were discovered in 1999.
