Hutchins Covered Bridge, Franklin County, Vermont

The Hutchins Covered Bridge crosses the South Branch of the Trout River in Montgomery, Vermont on Hutchins Bridge Road. Built in 1883 by brothers Sheldon and Savannah Jewett, it is one of six covered bridges in Montgomery constructed by the Jewett brothers. The bridge stands in an isolated location near the ruins of a historic butter tub factory.
