East Fairfield Covered Bridge, Franklin County, Vermont

The East Fairfield Covered Bridge carries Bridge Street across Black Creek in East Fairfield village, Fairfield, Vermont. Built about 1865, it is the town's only surviving 19th century covered bridge and exemplifies the architectural and engineering practices of its time. After undergoing restoration, the bridge was reopened to vehicular traffic in July 2009.
