Spade Farm Covered Bridge, Addison County, Vermont

The Spade Farm Covered Bridge is a Town lattice covered bridge built by Justin Miller that originally crossed Lewis Creek in North Ferrisburgh, Vermont. It was relocated to Spade Farm in 1958 when a local farmer requested its move instead of dismantling. Historians estimate construction around 1850 despite a sign on the bridge indicating 1824; the bridge remains privately owned and is no longer eligible for state or federal funding.
