Parvin Covered Bridge, Lane County, Oregon
The Parvin Bridge is a single-lane, 75-foot Howe truss covered bridge built in 1921 across Lost Creek, a tributary of the Middle Fork Willamette River, near Dexter, Oregon. Constructed by George W. Breeding for $3,600, it replaced an earlier bridge from the late 1880s that had failed inspection due to worm damage. The bridge was bypassed in the 1970s but reopened to limited traffic in 1986.
