Irish Bend Covered Bridge, Benton County, Oregon
The Irish Bend Covered Bridge is a 60-foot Howe truss bridge originally built in 1954 crossing Oak Creek near Corvallis, Oregon, using a standard Highway Division design from the 1920s. The bridge was reconstructed on Oregon State University property in 1989 through a collaborative effort with Benton County and the Irish Bend Advisory Committee.
