Waldo Covered Bridge, Talladega County, Alabama
The Waldo Covered Bridge, also known as Riddle Mill Covered Bridge, was built in 1858 as a 115-foot wood and metal combination structure using Howe truss and Queen-post construction over a single span of Talladega Creek. It is Alabama's second oldest covered bridge and remains standing, though with approach spans removed and slowly decaying.
