Busching Covered Bridge, Ripley County, Indiana
The Busching Covered Bridge is a Howe through truss spanning Laughery Creek below the dam for Versailles Lake within Versailles State Park, east of Versailles in Ripley County, Indiana. Built in 1885 by Thomas A. Hardman, it is the only covered bridge in Ripley County that still carries traffic. The bridge is county property despite being located within state park boundaries and was rebuilt in October 2005.
