Rock Mill Covered Bridge, Fairfield County, Ohio
The Rock Mill Covered Bridge is a 37-foot Queen Post truss wooden bridge spanning the Hocking River in Bloom Township, Fairfield County, Ohio. Built in 1901 by Jacob 'Blue Jeans' Brandt, it rests on original abutments 35 feet above a gorge and was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1976. The bridge was closed to motor traffic in 2003.
