Jack's Creek Covered Bridge is a 48-foot oak covered bridge spanning the Smith River in Patrick County, Virginia, built in 1914 by Charlie Vaughan and designed by local carpenter Walter Weaver. Located on Jack's Creek Road (SR 615) near Woolwine, it remains open to foot traffic and visitors, with a modern steel beam bridge now handling vehicular crossing.
