Foxcatcher Farms Covered Bridge, Cecil County, Maryland

The Foxcatcher Farm Covered Bridge is a Burr truss wooden covered bridge constructed in 1860 over Big Elk Creek near Fair Hill in Cecil County, Maryland. It is situated within the Fair Hill Natural Resources Management Area on Tawes Drive and is also known as Big Elk Creek Covered Bridge or Fair Hill Covered Bridge. The bridge was substantially reconstructed in 1992 and was designated as a Maryland Historic Civil Engineering Landmark in 1994. It sustained storm damage due to Hurricane Ida in August 2021.
