Wooddale Covered Bridge, New Castle County, Delaware

Wooddale Bridge is a covered bridge over Red Clay Creek in New Castle County, Delaware. The original construction date is uncertain, with estimates ranging from before 1850 to 1870. The bridge was destroyed by flooding on September 15, 2003, from Tropical Storm Henri and was subsequently reconstructed by the Delaware Department of Transportation, completed in 2007-2008.
