Everhart Covered Bridge, Dauphin County, Pennsylvania

The Everhart Covered Bridge was built in 1881 to span Little Buffalo Creek in Oliver Township, Perry County, Pennsylvania. The bridge features a Multiple Kingpost truss design with a length of 36 feet. In 1940, it was purchased and relocated to Fort Hunter Park near Harrisburg to preserve it from demolition. The bridge was dismantled in 1980 and held in storage awaiting reconstruction before being rebuilt in June 2006.
